Good result in the end, this should be our toughest game in the group and we didn't play well enough to win. Midfield was poor first half, improved in the second but didn't play to the standards set so far this season. Lindegaard was immense.
Damn that was dull.

Observations:
Referee made some very odd decisions. Lindegaard impressive. Valencia showing glimpses of his best. Fletcher, Giggs and Park rusty but understandable. Job done.

Bit sloppy, you can tell the likes of Valencia, Park, Carrick & Giggs (great goal that it was) haven't played a lot of football.

Great result, lucky to get a draw, we were shite. Credit to Evra and Lindegaard on the performances, lets hope we don't see that midfield again for a while. Glad we've got Anderson to call on for sunday
The subs actually worked against us. We were still creating a lot of chance before we made the changes.

They also do very well at home in Europe against far better oppostion so a draw in the toughest game in the group will do. FUnny thing is I can see us playing this team for the the rest of the group games.

Looked like a team without many minutes tonight, I guess a point from the hardest game in the group is better than nothing. We have been spoilt is all, but then its quite bizzare to see last seasons title winning side make up the majority of our "B team".

Take it. 5-6 players gained valuable minutes. The humidity looked high, our jerseys were stuck to most of the players in the end. It was poor, but a good workout.
