Welbeck's not going to get any joy from this Liverpool defence on his own. Always felt this line up was lacking. Only Rooney has the quality amongst our strikers to play up front on his own against a team of Liverpool's calibre.
Not Parks fault that he cant influence the game ..... our mf, while not making a hash of it, is not gaining control of the ball and so unleashing our left flank. Evra too is abit quite.
We've not created anythng apart from that Valencia shot which was his individual work anyway. Very clumsy.
Park shouldn't be anywhere near playing for the first team. Rooney and Nani are our creative force and we miss them dearly. Valencia is doing a fine job but he is lacking support up there. Scholes is doing decent through the middle as well.

I like park as a player, but he's clearly not match sharp. Very poor 1st touch and getting bullied off the ball.
