Very good first half from us. Young and Welbeck have been excellent.
Good solid first half, some nice play and nice passing.
Swansea are all over them, Barry was substituted for Kunt Aguero.
Welbeck on the wing has worked pretty well. He´s getting more time on the ball than when he´s striker, and he´s a player who can make things happens. Certainly the best Young has looked since he arrived.

We really are capable of playing some lovely attacking football when we get into the grove. It's just a shame that it's not consistent. I reckon it's more a mental thing.

Dunno. Down the right ain't too bad either. Keep it mixed up.
Overall that was encouraging, started off slowly but around half way through we clicked in to gear, more of the same. It makes such a difference if Carrick and Scholes push further up the pitch as they can play in to the attackers much quicker. Young looks a lot better taking on his man as well. If we can get some more output from the right hand side then we should be good. Need another goal for me though. Hopefully we'll start the second half strongly and it'll give us a chance to rest the likes of Carrick, Young and Rooney who will be important midweek.
Would like to see Berbatov come on as well.
Welbeck is very dangerous in this kind of form. Great link-up with those around him.
Even at 2-0 could see him coming on for Scholes.

Best part of that was the few seconds where you couldn't see him and then he popped up. Would have been brilliant if after he got up he just carried on as if nothing happened.
