Cleverley? Welbeck? Neat, compact players both of whom have come through the youth academy under the tutelage of Rene Meulensteen, we will never play the Spanish style but our retention and ability to deal with pressure will improve in the coming years, stars or no stars.
No worries, I disagree though our retention has been decent not as good as their's but not as bad as people make out.
