Went to anfield with the same formation and had 55% possesion. Played at home against blackburn with same formation but more attack minded and had 44% possesion. There's so many games that I've seen in which stats don't make any sense.
That makes perfect sense. Your tactic has your three central midfielders retreating, but your wingers going forward. I was short on wingers because Navas wasn't match fit yet, so I played a 4-2-2-2 formation with attacking style set to "Through the middle." You were always clogging the part of the field I was trying to attack through.
Blackburn, by contrast, played 4-3-3 wingers, with attacking style "down both flanks", with your wingers unable to track back.

ha, ya it is fairly extreme request. I have 2 players 86 already who are good for cover, a winger and a forward, so took a gamble at asking for an 86+ striker and winger just to balance it out Big game against Villa the weekend. Any chance of staying up I have, I badly need a win to climb one place to 3rd from bottom I'd settle for 1 player ( as high a rating as possible ), a winger or striker who'd play the next 5 games at the very least.
