It does seem a bit odd to only take 5 defenders, Rio, Vida, Evra, Jones and M. Keane. I thought Blackett played well enough to deserve a few sub minutes, even if Evra starts all 3 games.
Maybe we should judge him by our results rather than how he seems.....
they won't need a break though. They didn't play in a big tournament prior to the olympics but I think Giggs will start on the bench. I would expect Cleverly to play if he's fit. He missed most of last season. He will be chomping at the bit.
