Liverpool vs. Manchester United

Don't see how a two-footed scizzor challenge can be seen as harsh.

Agreed, tackles like that are the ones that break legs. Shelvey shouldn't be excused just because his didn't result in anything serious, he certainly did nothing to avoid it.

Sadly we are still being outdone even against 10 men. Sad.

Shelvey's career in england is over.
All it'll take is a call from Fergie to the FA.

And the fake outrage of the Liverpool fans at obvious fair tackles commences.

Typical United performance at Anfield... Carrick and Giggs in the midfield, didn't expect anything else.. bringing Scholes on ain't going to change it. That said, Dippers going a man down will affect their pressure tactics in the second half and I can see us nicking it with some clever substitutions.

dippers way on top in that half.SAF as some refocusing to do during the break.

Why are the Liverpool fans booing Ferdinand? Did they confuse Ferdinand with Evra or something? (racist)

Very difficult to win a game if your entire midfield 4 pass the ball as badly as we have today. Only positive so far is that we are yet to concede.

Rubbish performance. Can't put together 3 passes, standing off them and inviting pressure and generally we look devoid of any ideas.

If we're going to play like this then Scholes might as well have started. In fact, get Scholes on and start dictating play. The red card might give us a chance of getting a shot on target.

even with 10 men liverpool still have more attacking threat than us

this half has been a fecking disgrace
