Manchester United vs. Stoke City

Milner sent off for City.

I don't get why they don't play Dzeko from the start - he's constantly saving their hides with late goals. He's much better than Liabillotelli.

You have to hand it to city. Winning while playing with ten men for most of the match.

Not too bothered at this time of year, to be honest. Would have been nice to see them drop points but a win for us is all I care at the moment.

Good performance from the lads today. Nothing spectacular but its nice to see us scoring regularly from set pieces and what not.

My man of the match was RVP because he created the first and scored a brilliant second. Was at the heart of every good move we had and just looks ultra sharp. Rooney seems to have got going too and its nice to see him on the scoresheet today. Much deserved.

The defence is still rather iffy though. Our central midfield really doesn't provide much protection for them and Evans/Rio did not have the best of games today. We are going to be in trouble against chelski if we defend this way.

Nonetheless, a bitter sweet weekend with both our rivals coming from behind to snatch 3 points. Especially the bitters who somehow fecking pull one out yet again. They are clearly taking a page out of our book.

If only united could come from behind to win :(

We can but they've been extremely good at it for the last season and a half. I don't think there's another team with as many late winners and equalisers as them. I think we should give a credit when they deserve it.

Yeah credit where credit is due. They are the best team at it in the league. Not wholly surprising as they are probably the most powerful side in the league as well.

Reminds me of the chelski side in the early mourinho days. They used to pull results out of nothing too.

We're level with them anyway so it isn't a worry, both teams had similar fixture list so far too.
