West Ham vs Manchester United

Valencia looks like he doesn't want to be here - strange.

RvP really has brought that lethality we've missed since ronaldo left.

Val really has turned into bebe

Well done giggsy. Well all slated him but he played a pass there that has made us rescue the game - robin did the end work but half of that goal is the pass

VALENCIA!!!! ffs

Seriously?

You may have edited it now, but that type of crap about one of our players is not deserved at all. He is going through a bad patch, and will come through it, but calling him a cnut is just mind boggling. Seriously, have a word with yourself!

Not lucky...because it was a sublime goal, but lucky that we have that old bastard Giggs and the master RvP.

But a replay? The irony that we'll end up playing our full strength team in a mid-week game against them to win now.

RvP best player in the league. We would have won it at the end there had Valencia not been such an idiot. Still, I predicted a draw and I hope we kill them at OT.

He's just back from an injury. He's been injured more often than he's been fit since he joined. Apparently his stamina is unbelievable as well.

Actually, before his injury he also tails off after the first 60 or so minutes. Not saying he's a bad player, just something worth mentioning.

I multi-quoted a lot of Valencia posts in the last page, I should have waited because there were a ton more.

Pathetic from some of you.

RVP. There is no way united will not win the league with him on the team. If not., the mgr should be getting questions asked of him

Jesus christ! He's having some bad form at the minute, relax yourselves! To say he is a cluster feck and a horrible player is uncalled for.

Sorry to be the one breaking this to you, but he's been poor for over a year now.

Absolutely.

Robin Van Persie. Different class. What a goal and it was great delivery from Giggs as well.

I thought we were very average in the second half. Had some good posession but never could really unlock the west ham defence. I think Kagawa had a bit of a nightmare out there. Clearly not match fit or anywhere near full sharpness. Alot of his first touches were poor and his passing wasn't much better either. Sometimes I think it might be better for him to be on the left wing rather than play through the middle. He would have more space and time that way.

It was a case of playing players our of their best positions again. We had a wierd formation to start the half off and no real wingers to provide width. Buttner is clearly very raw still and although he shows good qualities, he is not the calibre of player we have come to expect.

Nonetheless, you have to give credit to west ham because they worked very hard. Both their goals were well taken and nothing we really could have done about it. Not sure if Fergie would want a replay considering how jampacked our schedule already is. At least this one will be at home and I hope we can field the same team and not risk our best players in the replay.
