Manchester United vs. Manchester City

Code:
[CENTER]DdG

Rafael - Rio - Jones - Evra

Young - Carrick - Rooney - Giggs

Welbeck - RvP [/CENTER]

Anyone?

Think it'll be Welbeck out wide and maybe Giggs just behind RVP, rotating with Rooney

Love SAF:lol:

"Thanks Geoff, well done!"

Rooney and RvP have started 16 PL games this season. We've won 15 and drawn 1 of those.

Jones at centre half should be interesting. Uncomfortable with Young playing though.

that goal still hurts

That CB pairing is what's worrying me the most. Time to just get behind the team now though, come on United!

Shit, I have a concern that Niall Quinn might be commentating.

Please, no...

He might have called in sick, as he will probably be scrubbing himself clean after saying this to the BBC:

"I think it's set up for Manchester United to underline the dominance they have had all season. Other than letting in a few early goals before Christmas, they have been exceptional.

"Roberto Mancini, more than any City fan perhaps, could do with a result tonight. It's tough to say City have gone backwards because what you are doing there is diminishing Manchester United's performance so far this the season. I think you have to examine it more closely than that.

"It's been too difficult for City to muster the same fireworks that they created last year and United have just rolled on relentlessly, picking up clean sheets, winning the game and moving onto the next one and City have not been able to cope with it."

His nose isn't up City's arse, and he's essentially praising United. He won't be feeling well after that.

Fergie reckons we have enough players out there(11) to win the game.

Marbles still intact.

I got a feeling after watching the interview that Fergie doesn't feel confident about tonight.

Yeah, I saw that. It's a sad day when I'm glad to hear Alan Smith's voice in commentary.

Giggs at CM, Jones at CB and Young over Nani and Kagawa is worrying, but hopefully it wont be a problem.

Yeah, it's the Charity Shield that really matters...

It's a good thing we have this huge 15 point lead because if not, this lineup and with our fixture list, would have kicked in some serious nerves

Silva and Milner aren't then?

Rooney and Welbeck will provide more support to their midfield then Silva and Milner. It's obvious to anyone who has watched them play. As I said pessimism before logic.

Not really, Silva and Milner are far from forwards. Silva might be able to play as a forward but there's no way in hell Milner could ever be described as a forward.

If the difference was 9 or lower, it would have been so similar to last season :nervous:

I saw that and whats this Pride of Manchester bullshit, does the win at there's mean nothing then ?

Exactly. There was one City fan who seemed to have his head screwed and said they've lost the league but want a win to be able to slightly hold their head up. Thats fair enough but forgetting the reverse fixture and league positions is daft.

Is there an app to allow me never to have to watch this inane ad again?

Danny marauding up and down the wing it would seem.

Wouldn't you just turn to the FB against you tonight and say 'how's the hamstrings?'

Calm down guys, it would be sweet to win but it doesn't matter if we lose, it's us that will be lifting the title. That's the big picture in this.
