No, there is no better one actually.
Sven (Dortmund) is the more defensive one with better positioning and defensive attributes. Lars (Leverkusen) is more creative, has more vision and pass range (accuracy is about the same).
Overall, Lars has more leadership qualities right now, which has more to do with the fact, that Leverkusen needed one to step it up and Dortmund has other players for that.
