We have a good run of games coming. If we cannot take advantage of that then maybe that will be true. But let's see what a fit Rafael and Nani can bring.If we don't buck up we'll be fighting for a Europa spot soon. At the rate we're playing we don't deserve a top 4 spot.

If we'd like to score a goal, could we maybe get on someone with the ability to play wide instead of Smalling? I know it's a little crazy, but it really is starting to look the 'Wes Brown' effect - teams know he's absolutely useless with the ball so they just let him have it.
(yes, I know in his entire season at RB he crossed the ball once to Ronnie for the goal in the CL final, that really was it)

It was a dive. If he had gone down when the holding was happening, which was outside, it might not have been a dive. He just kept on running, and then when he was inside the penalty area his feet simply stopped working. There wasn't even any contact at that point.

I was and, to be honest, I didn't want Atkinson sacked at the time. Fergie was an unknown quantity. He'd done great in Scotland but many though the step up would be too much. Little did we know he'd surpass Busby.
