Manchester City vs. Manchester United

This is pretty unforgivable. If purely from a PR standpoint, you play your 3 subs when you're being so completely outclassed. Is Moyes even still at the Etihad?

The players have a lot to answer for, but there's no excuse for the incompetence shown by Moyes today.

It's maddening the knee jerk comments in here. It's as if SAF never had a bad day in charge or made/didn't make the right changes/subs.
It's the match day thread. You get what you expect.

Funny how Wayne Rooney has been our only player out there today who looked like he gave a feck.

I am usually quite harsh on him but he's had no support and worked his bollocks off.

What a fecking goal. Well done Wayne

Great goal.

I think I'm more pissed at the fact that nani and kagawa haven't gotten any minutes then the fact that were 4-0 down.

This. Leaving Hernandez, Nani and Kagawa on the bench.... AGAIN. While we put in ANOTHER gutless performance against a big team.

The entire thing is just pathetic. We looked like idiots all summer and we have looked like idiots in the big games as well.

Wel done Rooney.

We're away at one of the best teams in the league. We're having one of those days but we are still far better than what we are showing today and far better than Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool. I have no idea how anyone could seriously think we'll be fighting for a Europa league spot.

The same kind of thinking Liverpool probably had when they started declining. Just because we're Manchester United means we will automatically deserve to be there. We need to constantly improve all the time or the same thing might happen to us. Every time a setback happens we must be immediately pinpointing where and what went wrong.

And I don't see how we're "far better" than Arse, Spurs or Liverpool. All 3 have improved while we've had major management changes and hardly added to our squad. I just hope there will be a huge improvement from here. Not much to ask for yea? Gratz to Rooney on being the top derby scorer.
