I said that in one thread and was shot down because I said it. We have great players, but we needed someone last season to give them that extra push, that extra belief and they won the league. Having great individuals doesn't always make for a great team, you have to make them play as a unit. Sir Alex had that extra something.

I think its everyone tbf. I think Woody let the club down in the Summer, I think the Glazers have been naive appointing people into positions who have little experience of running a big club. Dave is simply out of his league here and I think some of the players are letting him down anyway.

But you need a manager which fits with the ethos of the club. The only thing that Dave had going for him is that he stayed at Everton for countless years. His tactics and strategies were too negative at Everton and they're too negative at Old Trafford. He doesn't seem to have a Plan B at this point, the whole situation reminds me of AVB at Chelsea.
