In a short step by step caf-guide. 1 suggestion at a time like.

I thought playing a defence of
De Gea - Rafael - Smalling - Evans - Evra - Jones
in as many games in a row as possible would lead to dividends. But I just dont know anymore.

Play football.

But seriously, too many passengers at the club

We need to sign more United-quality players. Simple as that. We're seeing how average our team actually is now, Fergie hid how mediocre we are with his quality.

Buy Everton and get all their players in loan. Their manager too.

It's very hard at the moment not to mention his name.
We have good players, all internationals. We deserve everything we're getting at the moment. No heart, no belief, no pride.

Who are we losing to at the weekend? Swansea again?

I genuinely have no clue what could be done. Apart from a drastic reshuffing of personnel. Which isn't gonna happen in January.

But yeah, let's try and play football. A different style or something.

Buy players. We are stuck playing players that just aren't good enough. Some of that is down to injuries but even when everyone is fit we still have major issues with our team. We are probably seeing the true worth of this squad at the minute, with first team players not deserving of their place and woefully inadequate backups.

I'd rather play kids than some of these players, Cleverley, Valencia, Giggs, Buttner, Rio shouldn't anywhere near a starting XI.

Get RvP and Rooney to play well. Play a constant back four. Januzaj on one wing and stick Jones in midfield with Carrick for some stability.

...without Moyes...

But seriously though - change the system. If he wants to play Cleverley, let's play 3 in midfield or 5. Start with the basics - some clean sheets would be nice.

My wife summed it up well, she hates football by the way.
She said "it looks like they don't care" I'm starting to agree.

I hope it'll turn around with some important players. Rooney, Jones, Rafael all need to be fit. Players like Nani and Young need to come back and do well. RVP!

Short term: We'll need to get the confidence back in the side.

One or two quality additions in January are paramount, not only because we need an injection of quality but because of the freshness it will bring to the squad.

Also, it might lead to some players getting their fecking act together. Rafael, Jones, Welbeck and Adnan are about the only ones who're even trying.

That's the priority now, to save this season.

Just wait until the reinforcements recover from the injuries and start winning again..

There are too many players getting given countless chances and not performing. I am bemused why Zaha didn't get on tonight and why it took so long to take Cleverley off.

Moyes should sub himself in and start Keownsing our own players everytime they feck up. Did you see how much that motivated Nistelrooy?

They need a spark from somewhere, buying a player is probably the easiest way but a fecking win would be a start.

It's not a question that can be answered with the rules you've given us.

Short term: Try something different and play to our strengths. Currently given our personnel I would try a 3-5-2.

Long term: Get rid of 5-7 average/ageing players, bring in 3-4 quality players.

Words fail me. I'm 40 in May and can never remember United this poor, I really can't.
Not one player looked bothered tonight, not one. There was no urgency, no quality, just dull, dull football.
If M.... 'he' can't get them playing then something has to give.

Stop playing absolute cowards like Valencia and Cleverley. Actually pressing for more than five minutes. Having a style of play that isn't utterly reliant on wingers.

Let Phil Neville pick the team and see how it goes, can't really do worse.
