Juan Mata arriving for training earlier, just can't get enough of him.

Looking tasty

If Rooney had posted that we would all be saying he never wrote it. Yet Mata we know he did and that he is not the kind of lad that cannot think for himself. I could not imagine anyone being able to pull the wool over his eyes.
And rightly so! Can you imagine him being able to string so many sentences together? :)

Wonder if he will start or come off the bench vs Cardiff on Tuesday?

Is this game on TV? I've not been this interested to see a United game since last Sunday.

Wait this is actually real. We have Juan Mata.

It hasn't really sunk in. This is exactly like RVP.

As Van Persie once said: Unbelievable!

How pissed off will everyone be when Mata doesn't start on Tuesday?

Just watch Moyes' interview on MUTV and get the distinct feeling that he will be putting him on the bench for his first game. :(

"I would like to get him involved if I can on Tuesday night against Cardiff." - David Moyes

Mindblowing.
I don't think people can actually understand it today. Maybe 10 years down the road we will be able to see the size of this signing.

I agree - though it would make him some goddamn player.

Mata has to be number 7, the only reason he won't be 7 (Damien's evidence is conclusive I think) is in case we have some sort of mega superstar lined up in the summer. I want Mata to have it however.

There's only one player in the world who we have to keep no. 7 for... :nervous:

We've got three left footed technically gifted footballers now.

This gonna be fun.

I heard this Tuesdays game was going to be played behind closed doors. Health and safety got involved after reading this site, there's a major jizz flood warning, they can't guarantee the safety of the fans.

That would surprise me.

That's absurd. The reactions here are hyperbolic exaggerations of genuine excitement. There will be absolutely no safety issues with Tuesday's match, it will go ahead in front of a regular crowd.

It wouldn't matter if Mata (sorry) was coming off the back of a six month injury he'd still be streets ahead of Valencia and Young. He has to start!

Hell come off the bench to allow the crowd to give him a heros welcome.

Looking forward to the game now with Olly and Matta both making an appearance.

if he's fit enough, which we'll decide tomorrow, he'll start surely.

Especially if VP and Rooney still aren't ready. Will be a huge lift.

Just for this one game I want him coming off the bench. The ovation is going to be surreal. Tuesday is going to be so loud, that is guaranteed!

Away at Stoke next Saturday, Moyes'll probably want to make sure he's not overtired for that given his lack of matches recently. I'd start him on Tuesday and hope we're comfortable enough to take him off at the hour mark.

In the grand scheme of things ovations mean feck all. Get the three points in the bag and start him.

Just the lift OT needs after Sunderland. Faces like Luis Suarez in a dentist waiting room leaving the ground.

He has to start. I don't think we're playing well enough to start him on the bench. The sooner he links up with the other players the better. Our worst form we've saved for our home games. We need to start on the front foot and to do that, we need to beat these sort of teams in the tunnel again. We're not sure who'll feature, but Mata has to start.

The ticket office was in meltdown all yesterday and this morning and the site is reported completely sold out, should be quite an occasion, can't wait now.
