Those who are moaning about Mata on the right, who exactly do you expect Moyes to drop? Rooney? Van Persie? Mata will always play on the right as long as van Persie and Rooney are fit.

Holtby is their only good player. Nice to see Tunnicliffe make his debut.

Interestingly too Adnan, Kagawa and Hernandez have all played more than Ashley Young this season.

Young was injured.

I think he's started virtually every game when fit.

It's a strong line-up and in fairness Young has had a couple of decent games, Januzaj is only young so he needs time to rest as well. Don't want burn-out.

Moaning about "4-4-2" is pointless. We're not going to tell Mata to come back in with chalk in his feet.

It's going to be closer to a lopsided 4-3-3 than a 4-4-2.

Mata cutting inside and Young traditional winger i guess. Moyes was always going to play atleast one traditional winger. He's not brave enough to experiment a different formation so he's stuck in-between.

Really pissed off that Januzaj hasn't started three games in a row.

I'd like to see him come on if we're winning rather than the likes of Valencia to "sure up the game". That's a Fergie sub rather than a Miyes sub in my eyes.

He has been an unused sub 5 times in the league and came off the bench 5 times in the league. The amount of play he gets is just massively overstated on here. Valencia gets to play too much and Young is just grouped in with him.

Not too fussed that Januzaj is not starting, we don't want to burn him out. RE: Young, he has been quite decent lately so I'm not against him starting (I'd rather see Kagawa though).

Is there a clause in Moyes contract that requires him to always play 4-4-2 and start at least 1 or both of Young and Valencia? Or maybe a religious vow to do so?

Are the people complaining about '4-4-2' seriously advocating dropping one of Rooney or RvP in favour of another central midfielder (which would presumably have to be Cleverley)?!

Wonder what young did for moyes when he first came to the club. After all he was seen as the first one who shook moyes hand on his first day.

He was on crutches that day so maybe he threatened him with them.

Basically the same personnel and formation as the Stoke game. Game tactics: RVP, Mata, Rooney please do something good.

Do people prefer 1 striker at home vs Fulham and not this 442 which really is a 4222?

No real complaints from me, Adnan's back could do with a rest after carrying us for large parts of this season, and Young has been comfortably better than Valencia for most of the season.

-Rooney-Mata-Young/Adnan-

For 250-300k Wayne can she a little flexibility surely?

As much as I want to see Januzaj/Kagawa play over Young, his form has been decent in the last couple games. Better than most of the others who have played. Not a fan of dropping people who are playing well, regardless of who they are

Gary neville said that 4-4-2 is what united have always played and will continue to play.

I have a feeling Moyes is under the burden to carry that on, to play the "united" way.

It's fine if we have the players - but at the moment it's just so depressing watching the same, dreary, tumescent shit week in week out.

There's got to be one disappointment... But that's a very good team to be fair. Anything without Valencia means a balanced side and Fletch and Carrick is an excellent foundation.

Young.

Woohoo! 4-4-2!

I'm always so excited to see Mata shoved out on the right wing.

Lopsided 433

Brilliant

Stronger than I expected. Young played well against Cardiff and Adnan has been overworked thia season as it is. Probably be back v Arsenal.

Young's been in better form than Januzaj recently.
:eek::eek::lol:
Sorry but that is completely wrong. What did Januzaj have, one game where he looked slightly immature, only because he realized the rest were useless so he tried doing things on his own? It was still better then the shit Young has been putting out for most of the season. Young has 1 good game in 10 games pretty much.

Fulham are genuinely resting players for this game.

I hope there is a suitable fine for them on Monday morning.

Fearing for your top 4 finish now that the Arse mentality is starting to rear it's pathetic little head?
