Olympiakos vs. Manchester United

Carrick's been good, Rio's been Bramble, the pitch has been a disgrace and Moyes shouldn't be managing at this level.

Every single poster on here bar maybe a handful predicted this performance.. How can a professional football manager not see something so obvious? I'm genuinely baffled - If I persisted with such a bad approach towards my work I would be sacked..

Moyes is out of his depth. Simple as it is. We're sitting too deep, our CM is non existant and Rooney/RvP don't get any service.

Why is there such a hesitancy to take the game to Olympiacos? Seriously I just don't get it...pathetic.

Before the match he said he wanted to remain compact and 'hopefully try to score'...how can you win games and trophies with that mentality?

Them poor sods over in Greece tonight deserve compensation.

Unlucky to concede a goal like that but once again this season we are so defensive and lacking creativity. No intensity to our play and hardly had any chances to score.

Valencia is completely useless, Kagawa would be more suited to trying to play as a tucked-in winger. After the positive signs against palace, it's back to the bland football. Need to make a change at HT.

I'd move young over to the right and replace Valencia with Kagawa.

That was awful. But what's worse is the fact that it's typical. This isn't a one-off bad display, this is how we play 99% of the time this season. This is who Manchester United are now.

At the weekend we played two decent central midfielders, one of which we've now replaced with Tom Cleverley who is as much use as talcum power when you've just had a runny shit, and from two 'inside' wide players to two complete out and out wingers. We've effectively seen what worked on Saturday and thought "Nah, that shite we've had the previous six months will do us for tonight."

It's desperate stuff.

Ferdinand, Smalling having absolute mares. Such anti-football. Why bother having two good strikers up front if they never get the ball at their feet.

Well that was a rubbish half. We keep finding new lows to sink too. Our defending has been just criminal. We look far too vulnerable when they come forward.

Attacking wise it's partly due to the personnel, but we've reverted to the ineffective play we've produced for months. We don't look like we can keep the ball or create chances. Van Persie and Rooney are feeding on scraps and aimless crosses.

Why are we constantly making their players look like their dribbling skills are on a par with MEssi? How much space should we give them?

If it stays at 1-0, what's the betting we have the same ending we had against Chelsea where we played for a draw...

Except in this case, we would be playing for a 1-0 loss

Embarrassing. How poor is our tactic/gameplan tonight? you'd think we are playing Barcelona at the Nou Camp.

Really disappointed after the weekends display, I thought we were heading in the right direction, as soon as the teams were announced earlier you could see what would happen

I can already hear Moyes, 'we were unlucky, deserved to win. We got to the byline and must have put over 100 crosses into their box'. The guy is prehistoric with his tactics. He has to go.

Moyes is pathetic. Most of the caf would have this team playing better football then he does currently. What a joke.

Would seriously love to hear what the moyes apologists still have to say. The only reason he has any fans left is because sir Alex told us to stick by him. He's just awful.

Seriously lads....What the hell is going on?:lol:

Remember the days when we went to the San Siro, Turin, Barcelona etc and actually attacked and tried things?

It's just hoof ball  And where's the 300k man? Leading man should be leading us when we are down like us.

It's grand though, I found a packet of fags :D All's good :)
