Welbz has been our best player in the first half.
Yes we've improved we've gone from incredibly shit and not being able to cross the half way line to just shit.
Honestly, Fellaini uses his physical presence only when it's not required. Should have attacked the ball.
We've improved. But our defending is shocking still, every time they attack we are putting out the red carpet.

He's doing more than most and at least trying. He's been a lot better than Welbeck, Mata, Carrick, Ferdinand, Rafael, Evra and Jones. Stop scapegoating him.
We did improve in the last 10-15 minutes, we're better now. The first 15 minutes were ridiculous and the middle 15 minutes we were still worse.
Now we got possession, had two decent chances, but we're, as usual, looking clueless in the final third.
I don't get excited when we take corners anymore. I've seen far too many turn into nothing this season.

Everton actually had a good team in the 80s.
Gave the ball away in promising positions four times and missed our only chance. I do like him as a player generally but don't think he's done well today.

We have. First 15 minutes were really shocking. Last 30 minutes we were decent but as usual we have no penetration so City are comfortable.

yeah we have improved, but that first 15-20 was disgusting, the panic, the passing, the lack of shape, carelessness and lack of showing any sort of spine.
He shouldn't even be on the pitch. The ref decided to do him a huge favour and not send him off for a clear elbow.
The winner of that first half is the arsehole who watered the pitch. Rain or not, players never slip as often as that. They're all over the shop.
