Manchester United v Manchester City

Moyes breaks another record, first time we have ever conceded inside the 1st minute in the Premier League apparently.

We need to sort this out. Cleverley on the right does a job but that's about it. I've never seen any reason why anyone in their right mnd would think of playng him there, especially in a game like this. Looks set to go in the file next to "F*** it, let's play Januzaj as a forward for a bit against Chelsea" for the manager

Spend the whole pre-season working on technique, feck friendlies.

Honest to God, the touch and control some of them have is absolutely abysmal.

Cleverley was awful IMO, Fellaini bad, while Mata was again dissapointing. Very pleased with Welbeck and Rafael performances.

The match. Clearly you have no grasp of the game if that's your opinion. He's obviously been tasked with breaking up play and he's done his job better than most. The team are a shambles, but it's not his fault and putting the blame squarely on him is, obviously, fucking retarded.
He's broke up nothing, unless you mean our own play.

Completely unsurprised. We've been absolutely outclassed in every way. Fellaini should be off, the donkey.

Well everything but the first 5 minutes has been more positive. Now Moyes team talk has to inspire kill because we can beat these 2-1.

That first twenty minutes is on Moyes unless our players are so stupid that they cannot follow instructions.

Who was meant to be the designated central man? Who was on Silva? Who was on Toure?

Even in the 19th minute, Phil Jones clearly wasn't made aware, as he was screaming at the players in the midfield to cover the massive gap infront of him. Where is the organisation?

Now I can use fucking properly!

well..that is so blatantly a sending off

I've been down on Fellaini since he was way overhyped at Everton but now I'm beginning to despise him. He could have seriously fukked up Zabaleta on that one. Shoulda been a red with a three match ban.

Are you cnuts overdoing it or is it really bad? Most of the MBM's are now reporting that we've improved 'considerably'

It's been a ridiculously open game and by rights City could have been 3-0 up before we began to get a toehold, more promising signs in the last 10-15 minutes although that could just be one of those phases in a half.

Get some tempo in the second half its madness with Arsenals collapse in full swing you could have been pressuring them for 4th. Theyre 0-1 down.

Please take off cleverley. He's been awful, scared to get the ball and just gives it away. He's just a shit player with no bollocks. Put on kagawa, get some class on the pitch. Rooney and mata would instantly look better. City's defence is quite shit, we could easily turn this around, just need cleverley off the pitch to do that.

Bloody hell Fellaini:

I don't understand. Why the unnecessary foul when you already have the ball? Why oh why?

Another record broken for Moyes: United's first time conceding in the first minute of a game in the premier league era.

Big 45 mins for Moyes. Not for getting the sack because it seems he is bulletproof but I reckon if we put in a limp second half then the matchgoing fans will definitively turn against him.

Invisible midfield 3. It has allowed Fellaini to get forward slightly more which has been incredibly ineffective so far.

Rooney and Mata have had a few passing moves going forward. Other than that we've been extremely wasteful in attack

HT, and I hope there's no team talk because it's not going to help anyway. Just hope he takes off Fellaini FFS and put Kagawa on, (or Nani, Januzaj oh wait they are not on the bench!)

We look a few levels below, and it's not quality imo it's lack of a coherent and positive game plan.

I've got a genuine question, not trying to be a smart arse. But what is our formation?

Did you ever play bulldog in school, where everyone just tries to run from one side of the yard to the other without getting rugby tackled?

That is.

Fellaini shows his limitation quite well. Good versatile CM against poor sides but gets murderd by better sides.

Our players aren't just good enough but they have shown a lot more fight than vs Liverpool. Mata has been a big big disappointment, an expensive one so far. Rooney and Fellaini could have been sent off, our players need to get their act together and not behave like lunatics. City will score another before we score sadly

Glad we still have 11 men on the pitch at least and we did settle down in the last 20 minutes. We don't really look like scoring but I think we've staved off a potential route.

This guy is never going to cut it as a Utd manager. Another completely inept display.

fecking hell, its at OT and we are letting them take this piss. Moyes needs to get some fecking bottle and go for this.

I think we've been pretty good. The first ten minutes they were all over us but since then it's been a good game. Fellaini should have got a red, though.

What a mess. I can only assume that early goal sent the game plan out the window. I have no idea why we seem to be playing Fellaini and Cleverley on the wings.
