You really don't. What you want is the best manager available to do the job. It's highly unlikely that Giggs is the best manager available to take over Manchester United.
Norwich have been woeful today. I'm sure in the build-up to the 3rd goal Olsson just kicked it out for our throw under absolutely no pressure. Very little fight.
