What the hell is the ref doing, fellaini was just talking to the man.
There was a point about five minutes ago when Kagawa had it just inside our half towards the right. Fellaini was semi-available in field and facing him, though a man was near him. It was well within Kagawa to make the pass accurately.
He had a look, and elected not to risk it. He probably knew Fellaini would either lose it, or give it straight back.
So he played a simple pass sideways to Valencia.
That's the problem: You can't build anything meaningful or intricate without players who trust each other and themselves.
That's what Fellaini is about.
