I had a brief experience with them while i was an exchange student in Spain, did a paper on general journalism and interviewed one of their journalists.
He told me that they based their 'business model' on only using sources that they could defend having used afterwards.
But i'm fairly certain that every outlet will tell you that, so it doesn't really mean much.
Other than that, i don't know much about them unfortunately.
