Carrick was fairly average in his first season and grew into the team. Hopefully we will see similar

It's really surprising when you consider how patient most of the Caf is.

He's not the strongest player, the trickiest player or the quickest player but he seems quite intelligent and manages to get himself a couple of good chances each game. If he can sort out his finishing, then he could be a very effective player. I'm not certain that he will make it here but I certainly hope that he does.
