It's all guess work but if I try to put some logic in to Railola's 20% (some say 30%) agent fee it goes like this.
As soon as Mourinho knew he was going to be our manager he contacted Mino Railoa about Zlatan and if he's was interested to be part of Mourinho's United project. One thing led to another and after Raiola was aware about the size of our transfer kitty the thoughts about Mhkitaryan and Pogba to United come to his (and Mourinho's) mind.
I assume when Woodward entered the discussions the talks about Raiola's agent fee started. Woody probabaly presented Raiola with a hefty agent fee package if he delivered all his three clients on one plate. In that context €200-300m in agent fee isn't that extraordinary. As it stands United is about to get three world class players in one window, all for the price of approximately €160-170m. That's not bad regarding the circumstances.

Is it a sign of general frustration that the pace of this transfer has slowed that people are starting to turn on each other? It seemed there wasn't any of this when there were 5 new tweets a page

That would be a good move for all concerned - therefore I don't see it actually happening, it's too perfect a solution not to have been just completely made-up.

Either way, usually sell on fees come from the selling club, don't they. If Pogba is valued at 100m by Juve and United and the agent is entitled to a 20% cut, then that is usually 80m to Juve and 20m to the Mino. If there is a sell on fee that Mino is entitled to, then that should come from Juve as that is who the agreement is with.
But if negotiations are at a point where we are saying Pogba is worth 130m, then Juve and Mino can get fecked. We'll try somewhere else.
The longer this rumbles on the less likely we are to sign him. Still if it does go on for weeks at least it'll give Woody a chance to dramatically fly back to England from the tour on "uregent teansfer business" :P.

Not sure how worth that is. However, Juventus seems to be willing to put 50M EUR for Sanchez and Arsenal would accept. Draxler would be their next move.
