It's crazy money but we need to show the world we are a big club and can compete with the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona for these signings, we are one of the richest and biggest clubs in the world. I'm all for giving youth a chance and that but we haven't made the necessary big signings in the last few years to get back to the top of Europe again after our spell from 2007-2009

Personally didnt have issue with Ronny leaving when he peaked. we got a tun of titles and CL out of him plus 80 million pounds. If pogba leaves to madrid it should be the same plus even more money.
Changes the game forever with City, they now know they are no longer having it their own way. We can compete on their transfer level and people will say we've earned the right to spend such figures.
