We are not going to change the team now are we?, they have barely played as it is this pre season. Same thing happened with Chelsea last season and look what happened to their season!.
Some here need to get a grip. The US tour was much better to gain match sharpness as we simply had more games. Having only two preseason games up until this one is a joke.

This is the main worry.
Some brilliant one touch passes and movement. Zlatan is so good n bringing others to play . Martial looks very sharp. Rooney a, Herrera and Morgan needs to improve.

Unsurprising how people instantly come to an assertion that Rooney and Herrera have been poor, but in reality it's everyone. Only Bailly and Mkhitaryan look sharp in their movements.
It means a lot. You need to regain fitness and match sharpness.
You could have all the technical ability in the world, but if you lack match sharpness and fitness, it's moot.
This is a lot more worrying than the Dortmund performance. Galatasaray are a poor team who finished 6th last year in Turkey and they are easily outplaying a side with many of our 'best' players.
Herrera proving again he's not a central midfielder. A no.10 perhaps. I honestly had no idea Schneiderlin has been on the pitch. Central defense very shakey.
A bit of a liability, so much so when you see him pick up the ball it feels like it's going to break down, I pray he has a better second half.

Lots of rust to get out of the system, we really don't look up for it. Not many players on our side that are successful taking a defender on and no creating chances.

The Schneiderlin-Herrera combo in the midfield can only produce something when the instructions are to press and steal balls near the halfway line area. You can't just sit back, absorb pressure and then ask of them to play the ball out of the back. None of them can do that.

LVG's final gift to us was setting up this barebones pre season. How the feck was 2 games ever going to be enough for the players to get match fit? Senile old cnut.

His passing has only been worsened by his awful touch. He's no CM at all.
It has nothing to do with being 2-1 down, it is just a horrible performance from the team. Misplacing passes, not putting pressure on the opponent, not defending properly, seems like we aren't even trying to play a decent game.
People have every right to be pissed for such a performance. We will have to step up massively with the season starting in two weeks.
The team looks like they are not fit, not sharp, no idea how to play together, fecking shambles of a preparation.

Anyway, this team is very overrated and even with the addition of Pogba and Smalling we'll struggle for top 4, nevermind challenge for the title. I was scared that José would play Mkhi on the right, with a Rooney or Mata behind Zlatan and it seems he's going that way. Hopefully he doesn't take a good chunk of the beginning of the season to figure out that Mkhi isn't a RW and Mata and Rooney aren't good enough as #10s. Getting more games under our belts isn't going to change that.

Seriously, we always had bad pre seasons under SAF, we had very good pre seasons with LVG. It means absolutely nothing as Mourinho said they don't even analyse opponent team. However a very low number of pre season matches is a bit worrying, we might have a slow start of the season.
