Champions League QFs (11th - 19th April)

Poor Bayern are robbed, story of every club playing Spanish teams in CL.

You have to blame Ancelotti as much as anyone for that sending off, simply by ignoring the issue, you could see Vidal was going to go off at some point.

Yes blame Ancelotti for Vidal making a good tackle that wasn't a yellow.

I hope Bayern Munich somehow can hold onto this result till the end of extra-time. I'd love to see a penalty-shoot out just to see Neur.

You can't help but feel that Spanish teams get favorable decisions. They'll get a few against them but more for them.

Worth having a quick instant replay to overturn terrible decisions like that. Wouldn't take more than 2 minutes, clock stopped, get on with the match. Never thought I'd say that, in all honesty.

Yeh Vidal was going to make a great tackle again, everyone could see it. Damn you Ancelotti!

Exactly!

Wait, huh?
I was trying to make a funny with that first line, but then my frustration on account of the ineptitude of the referee made me forget that I was trying to be funny by the time I started the second sentence

I think seeing Madrid at the favourable end of a refereeing mistake yet again made Cakir sending off Nani niggle a bit even after all these years...

Am going for Real in this tie but, absolutely disgusting the bias in 2 crucial calls. Ok he didn't give a yellow Casemerio for the penalty but, then the second again and then soon after giving one to Vidal ... just plain wrong.

If it wasn't that tackle it would be the next, he should have taken him off.
He could already have been off for the tackle prior that even.

Should have sent both Casemiro and Vidal off sooner if he cared about the rules.

UEFA refs give so many favourable decisions to Spanish sides. Leicester too are going out but it should be 1-1 on aggregate

What gif are you watching.

The GifLord one.

To me it seems he touches the Asensio before he gets the ball (all beit he does get the ball after).

I'm not as certain as others on here.

In real time, I think it's the correct decision

Marcelo doesn't deserve to be on the losing team here. Clear MOTM.

What for? For that foul on Casemiro? Which Casemiro made the most of.
