Deserved winners this season. Just grateful it's not someone that would make life difficult

I'm just... so indifferent to Chelsea. It's like the league title just skipped a year when they win it, any other top club and I'd be fuming and it'd be hard to watch.

Guess it is a good thing.

Agreed, it will sound mad but even City to some degree, it's annoying more with them but it's still so meh, no one really cares, I'd fecking hate the sight of the dippers lifitng the trophy, massive shudders even at the thought and Arsenal well there fan's would become even bigger bellends than they are at the moment which is hard to beat

Still can't quite fathom how a team with Luiz, Cahill, Moses, Alonso and Pedro have won the league, ok I do because they all played out of their skin this season but surely that won't continue next season...

Pedro hardly deserves to be on that list given he has spent the majority of his career playing for winning teams.

Next season having midweek games shortening preparation time will make for a much more competitive league next season.
It will. Let's see if Spurs can actually get it right for a change. Then it depends who gets fourth. Think City are safe, so Liverpool or Arsenal. I Liverpool don't get it, that is a failure as they cannot blame being in the EL this time round. I actually think it would do Arsenal good not to be in it. They would then have to have a rethink about how that club runs.

I think seeing City win it the way they did will make us all a bit immune going forward, but I still hate seeing it quite a bit. With Chelsea I literally feel nothing.

Liverpool would be the worst, Arsenal fans would be a nightmare if they won it and I'd hate to see Tottenham win it because it would just be so undeniably impressive for them to do it with limited resources.

Liverpool haven't won the league for 27 years and are still a bigger club than Chelsea. United and Liverpool dwarf the rest.

No way, nobody grows up wanting to be a liverpool fan unless you have scouse family / supporters. Chelsea are the big show in England now, so many titles so recently

2 league titles in the last 7 years ?

Fixed and there's a lot of players who will pick up winners medals playing with the likes of Xavi, Iniesta, Messi etc etc

Congratulations, duffer. Bugger off, Chelsea.

Congrats. There'll be dozens of people dancing in the streets of west London.

No has won the EPL more than twice in the last 7 years, though.

Add one more year and we are level.. add two to make it last ten then we have 3, of course winning a league is an achievement but maybe as a Chelsea fan you won't agree but to the rest of its a bit more "best of a bad bunch" rather than Chelsea being amazing.

Haha people said that same nonsense 2015. I think we were absolutely brilliant this season. Everyone was just great.
I wasn't referring to your ability on the field. I was agreeing that I'd prefer you to win it over the likes of Liverpool and City.

It's just how I feel but title celebrations seem less epic than when the final whistle of a CL final has gone and everyone goes delirious. I've enjoyed united winning titles but it doesn't even come close to the two more recent CLs we have won.

The hard work starts now for Conte. Where do you go from winning a potential double?

I'm interested to see how he copes with a more greuling schedule next season. Allegri has put his European record to shame, so let's see how they fare in Europe.

Congratulations to Chelsea FC!!!

Well deserved. An absolute machine of a team.

Agree with this.

Sure that's true but it doesn't add much to the claim that "Chelsea have won so many titles recently".

You mean add one and we're one ahead, add two more (to make it the last ten) and you're one ahead, surely?

Either way, I think what you said is fair. I just didn't understand how that was used to make a case for Liverpool.

Either way, I think what you said is far. I just didn't understand how that was used to make a case for Liverpool.

That sound's less complicated yes.. I don't know where Liverpool comes in to it though, they haven't won the title in my life time.

Will be interesting. Spurs problem seems to be game management, their form in and around the European games wasn't great if I recall. They also need to get over the issue of getting nosebleeds any time they look close to challenging.
