Can anyone provide a quick summary as to what a hung parliament means? Does it mean a conservative/labour coalition with May still serving as PM but having less power than she would if it was a majority?

I actually see labour doing better than those numbers if that exit poll is done robustly.

What does this mean? I really don't get the exit polls. But over the moon that the Torys have been run this close. So is there a strong possibility of a coalition/hung parliament then?

The Tories ended up 16-20 seats up on the exit poll back in 2015 so if it is wrong again then they will get the majority.
