I would piss myself if Soton accepted that Chelsea bid out of spite. If true, theyd be nuts not to, Liverpool seriously shat on their own doorstep with that deal. I dont see how they can possibly sign him, their fans would revolt

They've already started replacing and they'll have a load of money coming in. They're also in Monaco, so players will want to go there and put themselves in the shop window.

Zlatan could be offered another deal when he has completed rehab. Why are you worrying about our attack in June?

Don't think Wenger flashing Mbappe and Zidane during their secret meeting could be considered as "speaking".

.Any one of the BBC would greatly improve our attack. They are all proven players, unlike Mbappe who looks to be a possible future star.

It seems like last season with a player instead of another one.
I think he has to. Against the better sides in the CL a midfield 2 will get dominated. We need to play a midfield 3, at least against big teams.
Quite funny that Benzema is the last name to come to mind here. I'd never have thought there was a chance he could outlive Ronaldo at Real Madrid.
It is but I don't think we can really talk considering our acquisition of Martial. Less money mind.

If Chelsea buy Van Dijk, Sandro, Bakayoko and Lukaku, i would have them as favourites again. Top class players.

We really could have have done with Griezmann; the gap in quality is widening between us and Chelsea. I'll be praying that Martial, Rashford and Mkhitaryan play out of their skin this season.
And so will Utd and City. You should always look to improve, even a winning team.
TBH, most people were pointing to City as a clear favorite last season and no one imagined Chelsea to dominate the league like this. In EPL you can't clearly point to a favorite before the season and thing won't go as predictable as it seems. Also it's not just about having the best quality, it's about creating a winning machine.
It did help they had no Europe though...
City are favorites with all bookmakers.
We've made a fortune selling players recently, have the new Nike deal kicking in next week, and just received about £200m from wining the league. That's before even dipping into Roman's pockets. The money is there.
Still think we need another attacking player this summer in addition to Lukaku.
