Transfer Tweets - Summer 2017 | Keep it on topic

Guys, don't you think Griezmann will be too old for us next year? He's going to be like 27 and I don't think we should throw a lot of money for a player like that. He'd be probbably good for those 3 seasons, but it isn't a long term player.

Actually Paulo Dybala is the same type of player (their gamestyle is same for me), he's a lot younger too. Dybala will be also physically ready for the Prem next season I think, the only problem might be that he's from Argentina (we have bad experience with most of them).
Cannot fathom how you think 27 is old... Pretty much perfect she to buy someone. Good level of experience, about to enter their physical peak and got a good 3 or 4 years of top play in them.

Can't buy all your players 18.

27 is a very good age, but perhaps not so much when you have to pay €100m (£87.8m). A very big reason why Pogba was so expensive was because he was only 23 at the time of the transfer and Juve knew that he would only get better.
If we do move for Griezmann next summer, hopefully we can get him for closer to €75m.

I hope they actually offer Sanchez that and essentially ruin the clubs wage structure for the foreseeable future.

Hairy hands tweeted the following on June 10th (posting it in text form so it doesn't get added to the transfer tweet updates):

"Morata deal done. The fee is €70m and he'll sign a 4-year deal at Old Trafford."

Unless we're selling Romero and need a home grown player, makes no sense whatsoever.
Can't see Schmeichel being a reserve keeper. Thankfully it's Keys breaking the news so highly dubious. Probably heat stroke in Dubai.

He said Morata was a done deal about a month ago and said it'd be confirmed at the end of that week. The week later he said Ronaldo was definitely leaving. Not that it needed confirmation, but he knows nothing.

Keys worringly gets quite a lot of things right in the transfer windows.

There might be something to this.

He literally got the last two things he predicted horribly wrong. He knows nothing.

He's shite and constantly wrong. Someone will be along shortly to claim he got the Pogba transfer correct last summer as if it was a bold claim. I could have put out a tweet last June/July claiming Pogba would be joining Utd.

The last thing we need to worry about is GK, why on earth would we need him ? We have Spain's no1, Argentinas no1 and the most promising young Portugese keeper around.
