They are very good opposition fans on here, and the more the merrier.
But when your sole reason of being on a rival forum is to just pick silly arguments, one needs a serious look at their priorities. The only thing he does now is derail any thread he enters.

He is in the last year of his contract. This is not an abuse of power, he is perfectly entitled to do what he is doing. So are Arsenal, for that matter. If he stays at Arsenal, he is not going to go on strike or something.
I doubt he would be so inflexible wrt wages if it was Madrid or Barca. But he probably feels that going to PSG, who are by no means CL favorites themselves, he might as well make it worth his while.
In terms of our ability to spend only Real Madrid come close. Which makes sense as we have the highest turnover and the lowest wage to turnover ratio.

fair pointYou know on another forum i am on one user started derailing every topic going. Loads of us put them on ignore and after a week or two we stopped seeing them even getting quoted by other users. It improved the place no end. Food for thought.
I've had GlastonSpurs on ignore since I got promoted. The only problem now is I keep going in to threads and it looks like people are talking to themselves. Would be a nice improvement if we could also hide posts that are quoting ignored members.

I reiterate :
I think the issue could be that we are being quoted way beyond our perceived valuations for both our wing and DM targets, so we're now in a bit of limbo while we wait to see whether time/desperation brings the prices down.
I'm all for the idea of having a price in mind and sticking to it, but if they join at the last minute, take until Xmas to bed in and we struggle in the league again that could end up being far more costly than the savings that we'll have made on their reduced transfer fees.

My guess is Kaveh is doing his usual and just copying what some French source is saying without giving them the credit. Hence why such a low fee is stated. I can't see any chance of Celtic selling for just £20m after quoting other teams £40m earlier.
All I've done is pick up on an incorrect statement about United being the most profitable club in the world, a claim that was used to explain United's alleged transfer policies in terms of monies paid for players. That is not "de-railing" this thread and nor is it "blinkered" (the figures I gave come from published accounts).
But instead of either tacitly accepting the figures I gave (by not questioning them) or - god forbid - actually acknowledging the truth, my post was then followed by a series of posts that mostly attacked me for having posted (like your post). Why are not those posts - and your post - considered to be derailing this thread?
You might consider that I've actually done United fans a favour by not allowing false facts to inform your discussion about transfers. However, I'm done with the club-profitability side-topic in this thread, so if you wish to stick with your illusion then so be it, I won't respond further.
