The book was awful but you could see how the idea alone would make a great movie.

I did like the premise (and hold out hope for a good film) just thought the book was painful.I don't really remember the above th. I imagine I probably just skipped it entirely. But overall, it's a fun, interesting and easy to read book with a cool premise. I'm not sure you can call it fanfic as an insult either, since that's kind of the whole point.
It is quite a good tribute/complete rip-off. Wonder if it's just trailer placeholder music or whether it's part of the actual score?Love the Pure Imagination nods in the music.
