Supercopa de Espana | Real Madrid / Barcelona

The Barca subreddit is in a hugeeee meltdown.

Imagine if Ronaldo didn't push the Ref, we'd be down 4 already lol

What if Luis Enrique was never as bad as we make him out to be? Give lucho this Madrid squad and he will do wonders.

I don't want the second half to start..... Hopefully the game ends as it is

Dembele's and coutinho's valuation goes up €10M every time Real scores

Less than 2 years ago Barça without Messi came to the Bernabeu and won 4-0. It's crazy how fast things have changed

Barca could do with someone like van Dijk :wenger:

When Pique came out you could hear everyone chanting "¡Se queda!!

Well Messi is 30 years old, and without Neymar all the focus will be on him again. Does he still have the legs and motivation to fight through it? Same for all the Spanish stars. This team is not only crying out for fresh talent, but also hungry talent.

More like unlucky on the first half with Vazquez hitting the post. It was a nice play from Messi though.

Edit: and now being unlucky again with Benzema.

How is Busquets this bad? The guy was once hailed as the best defensive mid in the world and he looked bad last season and even worse this season.

Not news, this happened ¿4? years ago when Bayern won the treble and destroyed us, PSG and Bayern flailed him.

If we get overlowed in the middle and the midfield disconnects Busquets looks worse than Schneiderlin

People that watch more Spanish football than me can answer this.

Has Suarez been this bad for a while? He looks shite.

Maybe a 4231 does suit this Barca better. Have a DM next to Busquets and make Messi an actual #10.

Barca really need to rejuvenate that squard. They have many players I wouldn't touch with a batch of pole.

He looks at the worst I've ever recall, he was inconsistent last season but not this bad, although guys like Mascherano have been consistently bad for Barcelona for a while not to mention Andre Gomes and the likes.

Sky commentators have just raised a good point about Madrid not looking any worse even without Ronaldo.

The biggest test for these two teams over the coming years is how they transition to the post Messi/Ronaldo years. Madrid don't look like that'll be an issue but this Barca side are nothing without Messi.

Not his best version since maybe February, looks clumsy and his finishing is a little bit off
