World Cup 2018 Qualifiers

Anyone have gifs of the Northern Ireland goals? My missus is watching a load of clowns in stupid clothes on the stage of some awards show so I'm stuck watching an American stream. They seemed to think it was more important to show "highlights" of Lithuania and Slovenia rather than the Germany or Northern Ireland games.

How about we fetch Rooney back in to the team up top & put Kirsty Gallacher in nets?
 
Rooney had more shots on his way home than England did in that first half.

Doesn't sound ridiculous, it's true to an extent. It would depend on how much conviction Allardyce had to see it through. If the players start doing their own thing and the pundits start laying in to the style of play there's every chance he'd cave and try to go away from what works for him. We don't have the quality so we need cohesion and a style. At present we don't have that.
 
It is quite amazing how you can have one of the best strikers and number 10s in the Premier League yet they both put on an England shirt and look average. Not just tonight but nearly every game.

What is it that England does? Is the pressure? They don't care or do we just not play to our players strengths?

Personally I think we need a manager with a set idea and picks a team based on his ideas. Southgate has switched from 3-5-2 to 4-2-3-1 to 4-3-3 already in his short period. Basically it says to me he doesn't have a clue and merely choosing what the flavour of the month is.
 
After watching England okay after a long while, why hasn't anyone in the media actually suggested sacking Southgate. Surely they can find someone better than him. He seems lost,his record is no good too. Considering he has just squeaked in with a last min goal from dier last time.
