This is actually refreshing to watch, England giving a few young recruits a go.

I'm actually enjoying watching my country for this first time in at least a decade.
 
Extremely watchable first half, even more so considering it's a friendly.

RLC showing his quality, great technique for a 6ft 4 player. Abraham is trying a bit to hard. Team not looking too bad overall. McGuire showing why he is favoured over Smalling too.

Germany had a few good chances. Werner look a handful, busy and off the shoulder, Sane looking their best player.

Current problem of modern football, if only Baresi, Maldini or Baggio played in this era, poor Verratti :lol:
 
Germany CBs definitely not happy vs. Vardy & Abraham.

Happy enough everywhere else though, I think.

Nothing strange, a lot of good players perform better at club level than NT level, but even at PSG he has been criticized for his lifestyle outside football.

Because we don't play to his strenghts. At all. Ventura is basically asking him to play like an Allan FFS

Look at his initial positioning in our build up(parolo too for that). Pretty much everything good we've done in the first half went through him
 
Italy are a bunch of fannies. Throwing themselves to the ground holding their faces like they've been shot at every opportunity.
 
Italians are such a bunch of pussies. World Cup would be a better tournament with sweden there over them. Playing much better football too.

Glad the Swedes scored, the Italians have been behaving like little twats these few minutes I’ve been watching the game.
