World Cup Qualifiers + Friendlies | November 2017

Scandinavia represent except the noggies as usual

England sigh we're so bad.
Why's that? Brazil will (and have) beat most countries played for a couple of years.

If you're expecting them to attack nonstop, even Southgate isn't that stupid.

Might not be a great game but 0-0 v Brazil is progress.... better than losing to Iceland (other supermarkets are available).

It's annoying to think we always have one of Rashford or Martial on the bench when our attack is shite. The pair of them are class.

French looking phenomenal to be honest. Great synergy in this side now. Such a far cry from 2010 WC squad.

I'm more talking about the quality of player.

It's an interesting game because while people will point to flaws and mistakes, I believe that both teams showed a real attacking potency, I also think that both midfields have been good in different styles.

Not the best timing for calling Lindelöf a retard. He has done well for Sweden.

Oh I'm sorry, does 90 minutes against Italy mean his Huddersfield nightmare didn't happen? Lindelof put in the worst 90 minute performance in recent memory until Ward went one up tonight. That was the comparison I was making and I never used that word.

Aside from that, Italy could've been playing the Swedish groundskeeping XI until now and they still wouldn't have scored.

Just saying! A poster on here once told me he was 'deceptively quick'. In my experience 9 times out 10 when someone is called 'deceptively quick' it usually means they are slow:lol:. Still, he's a class player and not being blessed with pace isn't proving detrimental to his career.

McClean summed up in ten seconds. Makes a kamikaze run where there is no chance of success, emotion and effort like nobody else, then blasts a woeful shot 40 yards high and out.

Edit: Sorry, spoke too soon obviously, he even lets Bendtner get involved in the fun

US goal unfairly disallowed. English ref :smirk:

One thing about the Denmark-Ireland game: both teams exhibiting exceptional fair play. Boy isn’t it refreshing to watch a game where every player doesn’t act like he’s been shot when he falls on the ground.

England have been defensively well organised tonight.

But i dont like the way theyve sat back all game, like they're protecting some sort of 1-0 lead

they should be doing better when they win the ball back instead of giving it straight back to Brazil

Does Neymar do anything else apart from fall over and look at the referee?
