So what is uninspiring then? It's pretty much as good as it gets without Martial and if he was starting in place of Rashford, you could just as easily say the same the other way round.

You said "not an overly inspiring lineup", what did you mean?
 do you want to know what the word uninspiring means or..?

    But but but.. Wrong formation!
 I'd prefer Lingard behind a front 2 but ridiculous that people can be upset over that.

I thought Zlatan would play. Lukaku could do with a day off, especially with the Xmas period just around the corner.
Maybe Bristol in midweek. He's not really shown himself to be fit for 90 minutes yet.

Can @Ban and me be of any assistance?

    Sure.

After I have secured the signatures of Messi, Ronaldo, De Bryune, Maradonna, Pele, Cantona and Emile fecking Heskey, you could ask me the following predetermined question: Mr Task, are you are aware of the consequences of your actions? To which I will answer: Absolutely not, get it done. Let the party begin.

Blind and Darmian travelled to West Brom
MUTV have just shown Daley Blind and Matteo Darmian arriving at the Hawthorns, but there was no sign of Henrikh Mkhitaryan. He does not appear to have travelled.

Just announce me as a part of your board and I'm good.

Think he will start vs Bristol in League Cup in a few days time and we take it from there.

Integration back into first Xi football has been very measured and sensible. I hope it’s all been worth it and he does have something left to contribute.

Hope we hammer them, Pardew really gets on my nerves. His little jig in the cup final with Palace still makes me cringe

Away before the Martial caf breakdown fully kicks in and the usual 300 posts from peopke looking for streams ..i heard of this thing called google peoplemight be good for things like that

I disagree. There is still a lot to play for even if it’s 2nd place. We’ve not been anywhere near a title challenge since Moyes took over. City have one hand on the trophy and it’s theirs to lose but we can still make it close if they drop form. 3-4 draws for them and subsequent wins for us and we’re back on their heels.

I didn't say we don't have anything to play for; I said I fear a tough afternoon. Like it or not, what they do over the road, will impact on performance and atmosphere; how can it not. I've been really low since the loss and struggled to get up for the game in mid week and I think it could be like that for the players again today. That type of loss and the ramifications of it, take some getting over. What we need is to hand out a few hidings, but I think we might have to wait a while to get going again.

I thought Zlatan would play. Lukaku could do with a day off, especially with the Xmas period just around the corner.

He could also do with getting a scoring run going too and with getting a goal the last game there is no better chance than now.. Rest him mid week.

I thought Scott Mac would get another go, in a Fellaini-ish role, given that West Brom are a big tough side.

Speaking of which, where is Fellaini? His injury must've been a bad one as he's been out a while. Oddly he's been out since almost as soon as those stories about him refusing to re-sign popped up. Is he actually injured?

I am up for the game today though! Was the same midweek I was so low so not really up for it big time. Think it could be the same for the players so hopefully a bit more up for it today.

Disappointed Shaw doesn't start. Games like this are ideal for him to slowly play himself back into the first 11.

Him and Young will rotate over the festive period. Perfect situation really.

Evans to have a stormer like our ex-players often do against us.

To be blunt this is the kind of attitude and mentality which has compounded our issues post Fergie.

Under Fergie when we lost, you knew the next game the team would show triple the commitment and effort. These days we are too busy sulking.

What is the ratio of back pass, sideways pass and front pass of Herrera? Has he made any offensive pass recently?
