Courtois and Hazard's contract situations compared to Kane and Salah's mean it is best to hope for the former to drop out. Besides, Kane had an article out today about wanting to lift the Premier League at Spurs' new stadium so doubt he'll be going anywhere, and even if he was for sale, Levy would probably demand you give them the Bernabeu or something in exchange.
