Premier League Gameweek 29 (3rd - 5th March 2018)

You really think managers and players are thinking that they go up against him?
My point, in case it's too hard to be understood, is simply asking how come a player so threatening can find himself in acres of spaces regularly during this game. I'm not even talking about his runs, all it takes is one switching long pass to find him basically.

Just a variation on the Robben conundrum.

Put a player on him to man mark closely in the game, he's a great player so you have to do your best to limit him. At the moment it's like he's being treated like a normal player whereas he's one of the best in the league, arguably the best.
He's an excellent player regardless. But I think Klopps brilliance as an attacking coach and his tactical set up is more helpful to Salah than poor defending. PL defences are really struggling to cope with his high intensity, high pace and high cohesion system.

Liverpool are looking a good bet for second. They are pushing us.

Just a variation on the Robben conundrum.
A big variation, the problem starts when he has the ball and runs at defenders With Salah, he's always free to receive the ball in dangerous areas.

Klopp is a very good no doubt but I still think things are made too easy on them. PL teams are really clueless when it comes to defending in general.

It’s difficult to do that with the positions he picks up. You will start playing everyone else onside, you will leave space for the midfield to break into.

Klopp's gone feral again.

Most clear red you will see all day

First time I've seen him but what a shit ref. I mean absolutely awful if you can't see that and need the lineman's input. Shocking.

Just glad that didn't impact the result, but absolutely garbage refereeing.
Very tight at the top, Chelsea surely can't afford to drop any more points with how Spurs Utd and Pool keep racking up the wins.

Liverpool are the 2nd best team in the country. No doubt about it. They are gonna finish unbeaten at Anfield.

Regarding the other games, WBA are fecked and i am not that sad for Pardew :D

They can't, but their next game is at the Etihad and I can't see them winning there.

No they are not, they are the second best attacking outfit in the league, but not the second best team. For balance and squad quality in general I would have both United and Spurs above them, with Chelsea on about evens.

Dwight Gayle must have been involved in some sort of face swap with a geriatric man.

Someone described him to a tee - too good for the championship, not good enough for the Premier league.

Not surprised of that logic from an Arsenal fan! You of the "invincibles" who only won one trophy that year!

We could finish in 2nd and people would still say Liverpool are better than us.

The United v. Liverpool match looms large. Feels like a title-deciding match, which it's obviously not, but given that the title has been sewn up for months, it's basically the next best thing. I suppose if Chelsea can scratch a win tomorrow it will also have top 4 implications, but not optimistic about that.
