Premier League Gameweek 29 (3rd - 5th March 2018)

Wonder if this is a hint to the board that the players are unhappy with Conte running the show.

They did it with Jose, though not quite to this extent.

That's the only explanation for it. They've done it before so it's nothing new. But this was another level. I haven't really read any of the media coverage of the game, but this performance can't go under the radar. It was seriously one of the worst I've seen. Absolutely ridiculous.

Top dogs of London right there :wenger:

Looks like the North are back on top of the PL now. I've always preferred northern rivalries, there are so many London rivalries that it sort of loses meaning.

That looks absolutely terrible but let's face it, it's not a million miles away from what we do sometimes when we should be pressing and showing more urgency.

If we win tomorrow, we can really demotivate Chelsea further and Arsenal are out of it anyway.

That video at 74 minutes when they were watching City passing the ball with just watching, I have never seen us that gutless even under fecking Moyes.

Well yeah it’s never been that bad, but lack of urgency and lack of pressing is something we moan about a lot.

It looks like

The referee has blown the whistle for something.
The City players haven´t heard and keep passing the ball around.
The Chelsea players stand around, waiting for the City players to realize it.
Chelsea get the ball and execute their freekick.

Arsenal chasing a goal and off comes Mkhi.

If you are chasing a goal, Miki is the not guy you want on the pitch.
Jose knew it.
And it would appear that Wenger has also come to the same conclusion.

He needs to go back to Dortmund.

I didn't watch the game, but if that is how the match was played, Conte and the players needs a serious looking in to.
I'd be inclined to think that the match was being fixed and the players were all in on it.
Can you imagine if MUFC did that? Fans the papers would have a field day.

How can you go from title winners to that in the space of ten months?

Sell 2 of your best players (Costa and Matic) and replace them with rubbish (Morata and Bakayoko), then also bench one of your leaders on the pitch (Luiz)
TBF though City are also on a different planet this year.

+ Kante in perfect form. Those in total were essentially the spine of that team.

I can’t wait for that game on Saturday now. Only two points between us and both in good form.

Has the potential to be a great game.

Delighted for United tonight as didn't bother putting my usual Monday night bet of 2-2 on

Thought for the first 60 mins United were dire in the bits I watched great hit from Matic but the palace keeper should have anticipated that and was a bit flat footed so got no where near it, not sure who they will bring in in the close season but with the attacking players they have they should be doing far more for me there doesn't appear to be any off the cuff invention, even from pogba who you'd expect it from

Liverpool and Spurs fans sitting back with their milk and cookies having done their bit this weekend. Now waiting for Chelsea and Utd to feck up.

Must be frustrating for Utd fans to have beaten Chelsea yet sitting third. One minute they can beat anyone at home. Next game being away they turn to shit. It's almost like watching a 6th placed team suffering nose bleeds. :)
:D
