I suspect that they will be an entirely different team with Taylor at QB. He led a fairly mediocre Bills team to the playoffs last year and will in Cleveland have the likes of Landry, Njoku, and Duke Johnson to throw to and potentially Barkley to run the ball. Taylor also has great dual threat skills. He may or may not wind up a long term solution, but he will at a minimum allow whichever younger QB they draft a bit of time to settle in without the pressure of having to deliver results immediately.

I think one of the biggest reasons they've signed him is this:

He takes care of the ball, which you can't really say about their previous QBs.

Those figures re: Cousins on the previous page are madness. High salary yeah sure I expect that, but fully guaranteed? Someone could regret that very very quickly.

Tamba Hali also expected to be released. Expected that one.

Be if the Phins do release Suh I wonder if we would go for him. Thinking perhaps not due to Shelton.

Glenn to Bengals. That’s decent for them.
Don't get why they'd trade him. He is a very reliable LT under contract at a good age. Basically what every team wishes for.

Apparently the Packers are interested in Jimmy Graham, which makes perfect sense, and Allen Robinson and Sammy Watkins, which I believe would be crazy.

They dont have a OL. At least the Bills had something. It doesnt matter if they sign Brady. He wont make a difference if he doesnt have time to pass the ball.

Quincy Carter led a woefully average Cowboys side to the playoffs in 2003. The Bills were terrible offensively. Taylor is an improved version of Carter.

I'm thinking more of the 89-90 Cowboys during the Walker trade era. The Browns are sitting atop a boatload of very high draft picks and if they play their cards right, should be able to go from 0-16 to something like 7-9 or better.

They'll need a talent identifying genius ala Jimmy Johnson and a Troy Aikman-clone to pull it off.

Yes agreed. Their coaching needs improving, which is why i would be impressed if they make it to any better than 8-8, even with Taylor, Landry, and someone like Barkley.

To be fair if the Patriots gave Garropolo the starter role they'd have won the Super Bowl

The funniest part about the list was the Super Bowl winner and SB MVP was dead last.

If Cooks didn't play leapfrog and went for the easy first down, possibly scoring a touchdown early in the game (Gostkowski then missed a chip shot FG attempt), the Pats would have been up 40-32 when the Eagles went on that long-scoring drive and would have required a 2-pt conversion to tie.

Rado is fishing for sure.

Not sure where that's coming from. They don't have the best line, but certainly a lot better than what the Seahawks and Bengals had last year. It's not their fault that Kizer was holding on to the ball for far too long. Taylor holds on to the ball for too long as well, but unlike Kizer he takes better care of it.

Broncos expected to sign Case Keenum.

Sounds like a Kubiak pick. He's only 30 as well so I'm not entirely sure what the Broncos will do with the #5 pick. I'd still take Rosen just to be on the safe side and ditch Siemian and Lynch.

Allen Robinson also supposed to sign with da Bears.

Keenum is an interesting choice. Probably better financial terms for the Broncos & they’re likely to draft a QB for this to make sense.

I hope it's a big contract. I will need some perspective if/when the Vikings butcher this free agency.:(
