Suicide would be attempting to keep any nukes without a deal. If Kim's thawing is a ruse to buy him leverage to continue to develop nukes then he is in a lot of trouble.
Except the North Koreans still have nukes. Can’t just steamroller them like Saddam and Gadaffi when they don’t play nice.
He won't be getting invaded but if he attempts to change course and go hard line again, the economic sanctions would only get tightened which would choke him off from within. And obviously if he attempts anything militarily then Trump will end his regime.
