Real Madrid v Liverpool | Champions League Final (May 26th, 2018)

While it’s still 0-0 I’ll remain nervous, but if Real score first, I can’t see Liverpool getting back into it, they looked mentally shook once Salah went off.

I remember when they said if you focus on Salah then the other two will punish you…

Reckon Liverpool are going to be seriously fired up for the next 15. Real need to calm it down.

Liverpool are poor after Salah's injury. Hope Real are clinical in the second half.
Have to see if the scousers have plan B. Pretty obvious they were relying on long ball in first 20 mins and it kept Real defence on the back foot. They were on top, if not creating anything clear cut. Real were all misplaced passes. Since Salah injury it is almost as though scousers have lost the belief. Should probably move to a 442.

Wonder if Pool can print some "For Mo" shirts in time for the second half.

In last year final, Madrid went goals galore in 2nd half. Hoping a repeat this time.

Genuinely gutted for salah and dani

Hope it's nothing serious and they both will play in the WC

Five pages of posters feeling bad for Salah......Injuries are a part of the game. Liverpool have been extremely lucky with injuries the whole season. No sympathy from me.

Nothing wrong with having sympathy when a star player goes off injured in the biggest game of his career. You can empathise with an individual without wanting his team to win.

Thought TAA and Lovren would get overwhelmed; they've held up okay so far...

But Real are playing like their La Liga form, disappointing.

A Salah-less Liverpool should be beaten by Real Madrid in this second-half BUT anything can still happen. Hold fast! :nervous:

Watching this with my two kids who are playing Judo for 8 and 10 years. They very seldom agree on anything but after the first replay they agreed that Ramos tried to injure Salah‘s shoulder.

Didn't Beckenbauer play through a similar injury?

Everyone on twitter starting to report it's shoulder dislocation. Feck this shite.

Ah, the armchair doctors have spoken. Must be true then.

How can even people think that Ramos did that on purpose? If he tried to smash him into the ground it would've been the other shoulder that had taken a knock.

He's not deliberately tried to dislocate that shoulder but he's certainly tried to "rough him up" and the injury is the result.

I'm sorry Salah went off, and it has entirely changed the course of the game, and hopefully he recovers in time for the World Cup but it is definitely Liverpool's fault that they depend on completely one player for every game. It really does look like now there is going to be only one winner in this game as Liverpool players on the pitch look mentally destroyed after Salah went off, they really don't know how to get forward and attack, do they?
