Good result considering we didn’t have Lingard, Matic, Martial, a fit Rashford and McTom and Perrerea filling in.

I'm sorry this is bollocks!!
This narrative the media are spinning that "Let's point it in context though...a point at Old Trafford is a good point."

Feck that. The real context is they are fighting for the league title, they apparently have the "fab 3", we had FOUR injuries in the first half and where their for the taking.
That is the context, and on the basis of that...please...that's 2 points drop much more than it is a good point.

Nuff Said.

United win there, klipper the Klopp in panic mode, Ole magic dust worked on the dippers today, Shaw and McTominay outstanding.
0-0 a win for me.

Klopp blaming Uniteds injury crisis today for their shite performance.

Irritating. However, better being irritated because we drew when we should have won, rather than losing because we were shit, so that is a plus.

Liverpool were fecking awful, although annoying that they have a solid keeper now.

Always want to win your home matches but circumstances were tough so have to take what you can get.

Thought we put a lot of effort in and played quite well.

Feck off Klopp: "United won point, we lost 2"

just feck offf

we lost 2 points, you were lucky

Haha, they had like one fecking shot on target. So called best attack in Europe.

That said, he's probably talking about how the game panned our injuries. Think when we lost our three players, plus Matic not being in the squad, he probably thought they should be winning, which, when you look at it, he's probably right. However, football isn't played on paper and Liverpool deserved feck all today. We completely shut them out.

Tell Souness that, he just won't accept what he has just seen, I couldn't agree more with your summing up of the game. Two points dropped for Liverpool, given the circumstances.

I’m not in England so ain’t watching Souness, but it should be obvious to anyone that we were absolutely toothless. De Gea didn’t make a save all game.

It’s very disappointing that Klopp wasn’t able to change the flow of the game in the second half. Particularly with half your team being injured.

The title is now City’s to lose.

If Klopp ever mentions other teams playing long ball, he can fekk off. So blinkered.
Milner gets away with murder again.

The definitely deserve credit for getting a point today. It exposed how poor some of our options outside our best 11 are though.
We all know that. If we hadn't had those injuries, remember Rashford was carrying on as well, we would have won. Liverpool definitely had the referee on their side as well.

Proud of the team. The first 30 minutes were a bit of a horror show with injuries and the two free kicks for Liverpool that really could of cost us but to be honest, i felt the best chances in the second half fell to us.

That Liverpool team should have smelt blood after the opening exchanges but it all felt very timid from them after that. A win would have been a huge statement but I guess a point at their fixture left isn't bad.

Massive praise for Rashford, the guy looked in agony the whole match but put a shift in. Lukaku too.

Here's my takeaway from the match. We never had our best XI in this game, lost another one of our regulars in Matic before a ball was kicked, lost 3 players, including two regular starters, Hererra and Lingard, (who was a sub himself, and not 100% anyway), and a good squad player in Mata before 30 minutes had gone. Some may criticize OGS for bringing on Jessie, but if Jose is still there we lose that game the moment Matic is scratched and we get pummeled after the other injuries because the squad has a defeatist attitude. Today, they never looked like they didn't believe they could win and never played with any sense of doom. This is why I can see this being the moment that Ole got the job, though they may not make it known or official before May.

Was that game as terrible as it seemed, especially for a neutral? Was fun at the ground, but can’t remember any good football.

2 points taken from Liverpool and we deserved it.

Squeaky bum time for Liverpool!

Poor game. Man. United well worth the point and probably would've won but for the injuries, their back 4 had Liverpool front three in their pocket all game.

Liverpool were terrible.

Ole got some abuse on here when injuries ruined our game plan v PSG the other week.
So it's equally fair he should now get the kudos for squeezing a draw out with that weakened lineup!

McTom and Perreia centre mid?
A front 3 of crocked Rashy, and our expensive under performing duo?

So, we had key players missing then more injuries during the game with rashford playing with a injury and de gea didn't even have a save to make.:lol::lol: Best attack in europe, how deluded are these tools.

MotM = the OT crowd getting behind the team.

Top marks to all for the attitude when all the excuses were nicely set up.

We should have nicked it really but never mind. Not in the least bit worried about potentially being 6th and a point off 4th.

Stage set for the kids to get in the mix.

Onwards and upwards.

Just never got going. Two many poor final balls and not much space to counter attack so Liverpool easily nulified. Man. United tried and would've scored if they'd timed their runs better at the free kicks Young was swirling in.

Atmosphere sounded very good so think that usually makes a dull game seem more interesting when the crowd are on it.

Who do you think would win in a scrap? Vidic or Souness?

Now? It wouldn't be close, Vidic is 20 years younger!

Both in peak mode would be a closer one. Vidic would probably have headed a cannon ball, so doubt anyone would initimidate him.

Just proud of the lads today.

Extremely difficult circumstances and every one of them put a shift in. Quality was lacking but aside from that you just can't fault them.

And the crowd were mega all game. Ole's at the wheel is a chant that everyone can get involved in and it shows.

Liverpool were shite but we made them look shite too which helped.

Phew! Some spirited performance that was. After the rotten luck with injuries, to hold the much vaunted 'Pool attack at bay - one shot on target only, the stuff of character. Even while carrying Lukaku most of the game. I'm starting to believe Ole can bring us glory with a better squad. Victor “The Wall" Lindelof my MOTM. Special mention for Alexis. The way the game was going, without his work on that left side we'd likely have lost that game. Next few weeks may be rough depending on how bad the injuries are, but well proud of the team today...

Probably not the worst result considering the amount of injuries but still frustrating because we could still have won. Great performance from the team.

Injuries and lack of strength in depth is a worry.

Amusing that for all their nonsense Liverpool did nothing.

Played with true grit.

Brilliant defensive display. Special mention goes to Luke Shaw. Fantastic shift. Wore the shirt with pride.

More than decent point could have been more, maybe should have been more.

Well done ladz
