Not sure Allegri is set to leave, is he? Pochettino was my preference, but he'd have cost a fortune and I'm not sure he would have been interested. The best two coaches in the league are at the top two clubs imo and there wasn't an obvious option available to us to surpass them.

I’ve stuck up for Pogba shit loads of times on this forum over the last couple of years, but even I’m now running out of patience with him.

On his day, the lad is unplayable. But those days seem further and further apart at the moment.

A player of his quality should be taking a game like today by the scruff of the neck and absolutely dominating a team like Wolves. Which begs the question, why isn’t he?

Is he just not as good as we (and he) all think he is? Or is his head in Madrid?
