I’ve always seen Miguel Delaney as an opinion piece masquerading as genuine transfer scoops. A clickbait sentence to get on the page then you’ll find lots of covering of bases in the paragraphs you read.

The only reason I can think we haven't closed that deal already, is the budget being stretched by how much we spend on Maguire.
