Forgot how much better the game is with the crowd noises. Was on the "natural" version and could hear that horrible little scouser at right back scream "ehhh foook off"
 
If Grealish goes off my interest in this match goes with him. Wanted to see how he looks against top opposition.
 
Remember when we were supposedly after McGinn and they quoted 50m. Similar with Longstaff!

Seems a lifetime ago now.

Immense luck that they miss so few games injured.

Imagine if they'd had the injuries we had with Martial, Rashford and Pogba (different position but key man status the same)
 
Chelsea will beat these. Urgency and everything has completely gone since title was confirmed, which I guess is to be expected, but it’s annoying when we could do with them doing us a favour down the line

It had gone prior to the title. They had lost 4 of their last 5 in all comps before Covid
 
Just realised why Villa gave guard of honour. They thought:
"City gave it last game and smash them later, so let us give it to them as well..."

If you watched Liverpool's football this season you'll realise how they do the basics right (unlike City), but the football isn't spectacular (unlike City). Their pressing game is efficient and they can squeeze the opposition, but other than that it is what it is.

They will struggle to replicate it next season when Mane and Salah head off in January.
 
Yeah this isn’t very good. I hope we try to freshen up the squad in the summer.

Origi is awful.

I’d be worried as a Liverpool fan with the drop off. It’s hard to retain the league and they’ve already taken their foot off the gas. Momentum is hard to get back.
