Yes the discussion always brings Gerrard into the equation. I will always say Frank just shades it because of his goal scoring and fitness records but in 2005 the Ballon D'Or judges agreed. I don't know if thats biased because he genuinely was a very good player. I also can't forget the slip at Anfield. Gerrard was a good player and one could argue he was more dynamic than Frank but he was also reckless on occasions. People underestimate Franks passing range. I can't do the feisty bit these days, if someone wants to insist Gerrard was better they can.
